The same crew that keeps your yard sharp all year will hang your lights, keep them working through the season, take them down in January, and store them until next Christmas. You never touch a ladder.

One price covers install, service, takedown and storage
The number one reason people don't hire this out is fear of what it does to the roof. Fasteners driven through shingles or fascia cause leaks and rot, and they can void a roof warranty. We use clips designed for your gutter line and shingle edge — nothing gets punctured, and nothing stays behind in January.
One seasonal price covers all five of these.

We're not a seasonal outfit that shows up in November and disappears. We're on these same streets every week from March to November, and we'll be here in the spring.
Before we book, ask us for a copy of our certificate of insurance. Any installer you let on your roof should hand one over.
Around 14,900 people end up in an emergency room every holiday decorating season, and roughly half of those are ladder falls. That's the whole point of hiring this out.
Send a picture of the front of your house. That's usually enough for us to get you a number.
We come out, measure the roofline, and give you an exact price and a install date. No pressure, no obligation.
Lights go up on your date. Anything quits working during the season, we come back and fix it free.
After the holidays we pull everything, store it labeled to your house, and it's ready to go back up next year.
We're not going to pretend otherwise. What we're not new at is being on ladders, working around rooflines and beds, and showing up when we said we would — we've been doing that on these streets since we started, and there are 17 five-star reviews from your neighbors that say so.
What that means for you: we're buying commercial-grade lights instead of hardware-store strands, we're booking a limited number of houses this year instead of overselling the calendar, and if something isn't right we'll come back until it is. If you'd rather wait until we have a few seasons behind us, we get it.
You've probably seen ads for permanent track lighting that stays on the house year-round and changes color from an app. Those are a real product and they work. They also cost several thousand dollars up front and they mean hardware permanently mounted to your fascia.
What we do is the seasonal version: a fraction of the cost, nothing drilled into your house, the classic warm-white C9 look, and no commitment past this year. If you want the permanent system, we'll tell you honestly that's not what we install.
This isn't a sales tactic, it's arithmetic. There are only so many installable days between November 1 and Christmas, and one crew can only do so many houses.
Don't see your town? If you're in Liberty, Chambers or east Harris County, call and ask — there's a good chance we cover you.
It depends on the size of your house and how much of it you want lit. Call or text (936) 641-4709 with a photo of the front of your house and we'll send you a quote. Every quote is exact before you commit, and there's no charge to get one.
No. We use clips made for your gutter line and shingle edge. We never use staples, nails, or screws, so nothing is punctured and nothing is left behind when the lights come down.
Ours. We buy commercial-grade strands, cut them to fit your house, and store them for you between seasons. You're not buying lights and you're not finding somewhere to keep them.
Call us and we'll come fix it at no charge. That's included for the whole season — it's the main reason to use commercial-grade lights instead of a box from the hardware store.
Yes, in January, and it's included in the price. You don't have to be home and you don't get a separate bill.
Sometimes, but we'll be honest with you: store-bought strands usually don't survive a full season outdoors, and we can't warranty lights we didn't supply. If you want to go that route, ask and we'll talk it through.
Yes. Storefronts, offices, churches and HOA entrances. Give us a call and we'll come look at it.
Or text a photo of your house and we'll get you a price.
